Portraits: Leaving her 20′s behind
This past weekend had me and my family celebrate my big sister’s 30th birthday.
Carol chose an elegant Black and White Formal Cocktail Party theme, so we blew up over 200 Black and White Balloons and decorated the Mt Pleasant Yacht Club here in Christchurch. I made a Cocktail Menu, which my other half Doug conducted and his brother Victor performed. My four amazing nephews looked smart in there shirt and ties and needless to say Carol was a knock out.
It was a brilliant night and I’ve never seen my sister smile so much and pose for sooooo many photos. Brilliant Success.

My 3 nephews were having fun play punching for the camera on such a gorgeous back drop in their smart wear.

Troy, the youngest of Carol's 4 was cracking himself up. He thought it was soooo funny that when I asked for him to join his 4 brothers, he would run to them and run away as quick as possible before I could snap.

Rochelle is a long time friend to Carol and this is her goregous son Mitch who was a mighty good dancer. He burned up the dance floor. Don't let this innocent look decieve you.

The scenery form the yacht club. I was teaching my brother who is a photography enthusiast about some settings.

Oldest Son Michael is reaching the age at which I became an Aunty for the first time. Scary thought.

The boys promised thier mum a dance and here they are. Although Anthony didn't take much convincing, when I wasn't behind the camera I was dancing with him allll night long.

Don't you love the people who stick their hands in front of the camera full well knowing your trying to take a nice photo. Lol..Jokes on them... I loveeeee this. This is Jess, Victor's friend from Bolivia who helped behind the bar.
