The Sleeman Family, also known as my most loyal clients. I’ve been photographing this family since the day Harlan was born. 4 years ago. And we’ve met up each year since. Actually little Harlan is my photography career! That’s pretty cool!
I love this family. They are fun, full of energy and have good, warm hearts.
It’s taken me a while, but I can finallllyyyyyy tell the twins, Ethan and Christian apart! Great success!
This year we met at Christchurch’s, Halswell Quarry. This is where Nigel and Melissa had their wedding photos taken 5 years ago! Nice!
Ethan has taken up the guitar. He was busting out quite a few familiar tunes! Go Ethan!
Well done Heather, you always choose the muddy, wet, awkward places…. but this time… you choose grass that’s riddled with spider’s nests! YUCK!
However, that didn’t scare this family too much (we just had to watch where we walked) and we commenced some very cuddly family shots in the grass.
Oh Harlan, you are the cutest cheekiest monkey I know! Don’t ever change!
I wonder if you can tell the twins apart? Hmmm perhaps not as I have yet to introduce them separately… but I can tell them apart! YAY FOR ME!
We have Ethan on the left and Christian on the right.
This is smiley Ethan, the epic guitar player! You know how kids can just put on a big cheesy fake smile? Ethan can too, however he manages to illuminate through his eyes, from the heart…which makes it seem almost geniune! … I think it’s geniune!
This is Ethan’s ‘Gollum’ impersonation! Nailed it, don’t you think?
And here we have gentle Christian. Sweet, happy and full of heart.
And who are the makers of these beautiful wee men?.. Nigel and Melissa.
Couldn’t leave without getting some too cute for words, images of these two!
Nice to see that 5 years of marriage, a few kids and life being as it is, that you still kiss passionately as if its the first date you’ve had.
This is quite a tight trio. And what’s more, they busted out the haka for me! You boys rock!!!
As always, I had a fabulous time with you guys. Looking forward to what I can produce for you next year! ;-)
Happy Holidays to the wonderful Sleeman Family.
Lots of Love, Heather xxx
