Rachel & Ryan ~ Mount Soho Winery, Queenstown
The stunning blues of the lakes and mountains all around, it’s no wonder people looove getting married in Queenstown. But for Rachel, this is where she grew up. Deer Park Heights has always been home, and now Mum and Dad are moving on after 30 years here. Where to? Who knows… but how amazing to have your one and only daughter get married here before that time comes.
Rachel and Ryan are fantastic, they laugh with each other and at each other… they’re both serious and seriously funny! We found out their beauty at their gorgeous autumn engagement shoot earlier last year and their wedding was a much anticipated one of the season.
This was my last wedding before having our baby, so I attended the first bit of it and we thank Warren of Williams Photography for second shooting with Doug for the remaining parts!
Without further or do, enjoy Rachel and Ryan’s increeedible wedding day!!
I’m one of those funny people, I can’t for the life of me stand wearing gorgeous heels like these (I’m jandels all the way) but photographing BEAUTIFUL things sits right with me eveeerytime!! Love these red beauties!!
Hello stunning bride, don’t you look gooorgeous! Walk down the aisle in your robe, you don’t even need the beautiful dress on!! hehe
Ryan takes a good hint, a beautiful Karen Walker necklace gifted to Rachel on their wedding day! Love!
All things grow with Love. Aint that the truth!! *Happy sigh*
Over at the Hilton, the boys have a precarious situation going on with one groomsman (pick the twin) who is so unfortunate to have the stomach flu!
We can be grateful it’s not Ryan who’s sick today! … Who might I say, is scrubbing up nicely!
Rachel got her surprise gift and now she has something for Ryan… he just doesn’t know it yet!
A very sweeet ride to the church! I would love to be able to tell you what kind… to me.. it’s a nice black car lol. – Oh, Astin Martin I’ve been told! ;-)
The excitement builds… it’s dress time!!
Ryan waited with excitement and a few nerves at St Margaret’s Presbyterian. He’s almost a married man!
Tears, lots and lots of happy tears!
Fair well to the bridal party, they’re off to a sweet view up Deer Park Heights!
Oh the wind was a little insane! … Oh the fun they had though!!
Mount Soho and all their guests were awaiting to welcome the beautiful couple for family photos and an amazing night of hilarious speeches and great chats!
Congratulations you amazing duo! Keep loving, laughing and experiencing every joy in life together! We know you’ve got many happy years of marriage ahead!!
All our best,
Heather & Doug xxx
