Over the last couple of days, I’ve been pouring over these beautiful images of a wedding we were not able to shoot. On February 27th, Wanaka had a reaaal treat… because Rebecca and Logan were getting married. I’m now on the other side of images where we weren’t there to experience it in person, however I feeeeeel like we were there capturing this incredible day right to the very end. Running, jumping, leaping and laughing with them all. The power of telling a story through imagery has magnified magnificently for me… Because I certainly feel like I was there right beside this awesome couple, on the happiest day of their lives.
Bex’s smile raaaadiates heavenly goodness… it’s giving me the warm fuzzies to see her soooo happy. And Logan… bouncy, light hearted, down to earth and funny Logan… I’m pretty sure he had a GREAT day too!
We thank our friends Warren & Katrina of Williams Photography, soooo dearly for giving our clients the BEST experience possible on their wedding day. Warren and Kat are increeeedible photographers in Queenstown (look em’ up), and we feel soooo blessed to have friends who could jump in at short notice. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts guys.
After catching up with Bex and Logan for their engagement shoot in November, we got to love them pretty quickly in such a short amount of time. You know true love when you see it. Whether you’ve been together a year, or 10 years like these guys… True Love can be observed in many forms, there are the fundamental signs… but it’s unique to every person and their qualities. I loved witnessing when Bex & Logan look at each other. It seems like time stands still and everyone else becomes raaaather blurry to them as more than one smile broadens across their faces. I love the child within Logan, that will never cease to remain, no matter how many years pass… the bounce in his stride and his light and ever geniune heart screams “I’m the luuuuckiest guy in the world” with every moment he has with Bex. I love witnessing the sweetness and beauty of Bex, someone so beautiful, lovely, fun and full of grace… she’s not making it very hard for Logan to fall in love with her… over and over and over annnnnnd oveeeeer again!
Let the photos lead the way to this glorious couple’s wedding day….
