The celebrations of a wedding are intoxicating. So many smiling faces, so many happy people. And without a doubt… a happy bride and groom. Yip, weddings are such a great thing to be involved in. The happiness consumes you.

The day started early. There are several sections to the day, including lunch at Ferrymead Heritage Park and then a dinner reception later on at the Chateau on the Park. As Sharon delightfully puts it, ‘I’m getting a lot of mileage out of my dress’.
The newly weds left their guests and went up to the sign of the Bellbird… a place they have spent a lot of time together. And here.. their boots come out to play!

Back at Ferrymead, the guests enjoy a ride and nibbles on an old Tram that apparently had become a Bach at one point in time and the Tram Society went looking for Tram’s to return to their former glory. This is one of those Trams.

Between our little photoshoots. Lunch was served. These little figurines on the top of their cake were the figurines that were on Sharon’s Grandparents cake many moons ago.

Although it was time for us to go home… Their Spring Wedding continued. It was a sensational day with what we got to witness and I know it only got better from there.
